THE FOOD ALLEY

INTERIOR DESIGN 2014-2015

The long street, fresh food and street food all came together in an idea to transform the building in to a street with streetfood.

I was asked to design a Chinese restaurant in a former video library. 

 

The long and thin form of the building caught my eye. Seeing as the building has entrances to two very busy streets I transformed the building into a street.

Street food has always fascinated me, and in my research about China and trends in hospitality I found out that eating fresh is very important now.
