HI,

My name is Rémi Janssen, a spacial designer based in the Netherlands.

In the summer of 2016 I received my Bachelor of Arts, at the art academy Minerva [Groningen, the Netherlands], with a major in spacial design. I am a spacial designer who enjoys creating new spaces [interiors, exteriors and public outdoor spaces] and loves experimenting with materials which leads to making crazy new things.

As a designer I find research important for a design. I want our design to fit perfectly into it's context. It should create a solution for that specific location.
I find it interesting how people use different kinds of spaces and how as a designer you can steer them in a new way of using it.

Also I feel like quite a bit of a product designer. I love experimenting and getting my hands dirty. I enjoy discovering new materials and making unique 'things'. Former projects of mine vary from paper lamps to plaster chairs.
