'De Oosterpoort' is the biggest cultural center in the north of The Netherlands. All genre of music and theatre are played every day. The space in front of the Oosterpoort now is covered with busy roads.
The great experience of the Oosterpoort could be greater if the outside would relate to the inside of this uniek building.
How can I make the space between the 'Oosterpoort' and the water attractive and connect it to the Groninger canals?
